Trevor has worked as a private fitness trainer for over 9 years including his employment at Telos Fitness Center (Dallas) and The Sports Club (Los Angeles, California).

Trevor has a passion for all aspects of his clients' well being that transformed his training into a unique form of fitness specialization.  For example, Trevor does not focus on weight training alone, or achieving a certain aesthetic look, for the simple reason that each person is different in his or her physical shape, posture, and even previous injuries. 

Rather, Trevor seeks to have each client reach their full fitness potential by incorporating his knowledge in (1) Biomechanics, (2) Resistance Training, (3) Integrative Flexibility, and (4) Posture Rehabilitation.

Prior to becoming a private fitness trainer, Trevor played soccer internationally and began his fitness career when he became interested in the science of human anatomy and kinesiology. 

Trevor was recently named a lululemon ambassador.

Trevor & his wife Virginia, have two beautiful children that they proudly delivered via the Bradley Method with a midwife from the Birth and Women's Center in Dallas, Texas.  One of Trevor's greatest moments was cheering on his wife and being the support system while she delivered their son & daughter.  "I can truly say the human body's ability to carry and deliver a baby, and then recovery from the process is awe inspiring" says Trevor "I am amazed daily at the capacity of the human body and hope to help every woman during her pre/post natal days learn the same as well as teach men how important it is to stay in shape to keep up after energetic kids". 

When not playing with his kids at the studio or the park, you will find Trevor biking (his main means of commute these days), running, skateboarding, yoga, martial arts, dancing, hiking, and resistance training to stay in shape.
